Is the free pickup really free?
Yes. Standard Pickup costs nothing. In exchange, the items you place in the bins become ours to resell, donate, recycle, or dispose of. There’s no tax receipt, and no hidden fee.
What can go in the bins?
Reusable household goods — clothing, kitchenware, décor, books, toys, small electronics, tools, and more. The one rule: the lid has to close. Oversized items, mattresses, appliances, and debris are handled under our paid Full Clean-Out.
How fast do you pick up?
We drop off the bins, you fill them on your schedule, and we retrieve them within 5 business days.
What happens to my stuff?
Everything is responsibly sorted. Usable items are resold or donated to local charities, recyclables are recycled, and only what can’t be reused is disposed of.
Can I choose where my donations go?
Yes — that’s our Donation Delivery service. We’ll deliver the items you designate to a charity you name, so you know exactly where they went.
